Cotton Candy Cloudy Day

Clouds in cotton candy colors hover over the ocean at twilight moments before a storm. This painting was so fun to create and I was lost in the magic of the colors. I was lucky that a local photographer was willing to let me paint the beautiful beach scene that he had captured.
 
The  11"x14" original painting is number 29 of my 100 Shore Things Project in which I have been painting 100 shore themed paintings in100 days. I have painted from both my imagination and photos shared with me.
